Gift vouchers: terms and conditions
Voucher duration. The voucher is only valid until 31 December 2022.
Usage of the voucher. This voucher is only applicable for redemption of 4x FREE complimentary dinner at Restaurant POTONG with value of 4x4500++ THB (inclusive of Service Charge 10% and VAT 7%). This voucher can only be use for 4 diners at once and is not applicable for separation of voucher.
Voucher applicability. This voucher can be applied to other courses e.g. festive courses or special courses; however it only applies as a discount to the full course price only. If the bill cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the remaining balance must be paid in full. The exceeded amount do not apply to service charges and VAT, guests are still required to pay the exceed amount of service charges and VAT from the total exceeded bill.
Voucher redemption. The original gift voucher must be presented at the restaurant to redeem. If the voucher cannot be produced upon checkup, then payment must be made for the item ordered. In this instance, the voucher can be used at a future date (before the expiry date).
Deposit & Voucher availability. Although at the point of reservation with this voucher, guests do not require to put in deposit of 1,000 THB (per pax) as every other guest, in case of no show, cancellation or reservation adjustment that was not informed to our reservation team 2 weeks prior the reservation date – This voucher is void and will not be applicable for redemption. We do not guarantee that spaces will be available at the voucher redemption point time. Spaces are only secured once you have completed the booking process, including the deposit. It is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Transfer. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen, or destroyed git vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
Expiry date. Vouchers are valid for a period written on the physical voucher. Cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
Acceptance of the gift voucher. It is fully under discretion of the restaurant to determine to acceptance of the git voucher in any case of conflict arose.
