Gift vouchers: terms and conditions

  1. Voucher duration. Vouchers are valid for a period written on the voucher issued officially from the restaurant email. Cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.

  2. Use of multiple vouchers. For any voucher, only one gift voucher can be used per guest booking.

  3. Voucher redemption. The original gift voucher must be presented at the restaurant to redeem. If the voucher cannot be produced upon check-in, then payment must be made for the item ordered. In this instance, the voucher can be used at a future date (before the expiry date).

  4. Voucher availability. We do not guarantee that spaces will be available at the voucher redemption point time. Spaces are only secured once you have completed the booking process, including the deposit. It is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

  5. Transfer. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  6. Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen, or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.

  7. Cancellation. In the unlikely event that a booking needs to be canceled by us, a new gift voucher shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 3 months. In the event that a booking is canceled by a voucher holder, no refund shall be given.

  8. VAT and service charges. Any vouchers do not apply to service charges and VAT, guests are still required to pay the full amount of service charges and VAT from the total bill.

  9. Deposit. Any vouchers do not apply to the deposit required per booking.

  10. Acceptance of the gift voucher. It is fully under the discretion of the restaurant to determine to acceptance of the gift voucher in any case of conflict arising.
